By accessing or using SovereignSwap at sovereigntokenswap.xyz(the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Description of Service
SovereignSwap is a non-custodial DEX aggregator built on the Solana blockchain. It routes token swap orders through Jupiter Aggregator and displays AI-generated market signals from SovereignAI’s inference infrastructure. The Platform does not hold user funds or custody assets at any time.
2. $SOVAI Token Presale
The $SOVAI presale is an early-access token offering. By participating you acknowledge:
- Tokens are not yet deployed. Presale represents a commitment to purchase at a fixed price ($0.0005 USDC) upon contract deployment on Base.
- Minimum purchase: $10 USDC. Maximum: $1,000 USDC per wallet.
- Hard cap: $7,500 USDC total. Allocation is first-come, first-served.
- A 6-month linear vesting schedule applies to all presale tokens.
- Tokens have no guaranteed market value. You may lose the entire value of your purchase.
- The presale is not open to residents of the United States, Canada, or jurisdictions where token sales are prohibited.
- Presale funds are used for contract deployment, exchange liquidity, and platform development. No refunds once a purchase is confirmed on-chain.
3. No Financial Advice
AI trading signals, market analysis, and any content on this Platform are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use does not violate any applicable law.
5. Non-Custodial Nature
SovereignSwap never takes custody of your assets. All swaps execute directly in your connected wallet via on-chain transactions. You are responsible for all transaction fees (gas/network fees) and for verifying transaction details before signing. We are not liable for losses resulting from user error, slippage, front-running, or smart contract bugs in third-party protocols.
6. Referral Program
The referral program awards 1,000 $SOVAI per confirmed referral at token generation event (TGE). Referral rewards are subject to the same 6-month vesting schedule as presale tokens. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent or self-referential. Referral codes are non-transferable.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law.
- Attempt to manipulate AI signals, leaderboard rankings, or referral counts.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse API endpoints beyond reasonable personal use.
- Use the Platform to launder funds or engage in market manipulation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SovereignAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or smart contract exploits. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, or that smart contracts will be free of bugs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; always verify before signing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via sovereigntokenswap.xyz/updates. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
