SovereignSwap (“we”, “us”) operates sovereigntokenswap.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide
- Waitlist / presale signups: email address and optional wallet address you submit on the presale page.
- Referral code: if you arrive via a referral link, we store which code referred you.
Automatically collected data
- Usage analytics: page views, interaction events, and performance metrics collected by Vercel Analytics (anonymised).
- Wallet address: when you connect a wallet to swap, your public address is visible to us and to on-chain observers. We do not store private keys.
- IP address / device data: standard web server logs retained by Vercel for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
What we do NOT collect
- We never collect private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to brokers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Send presale launch notifications and waitlist updates to subscribers who opt in.
- Send a one-time welcome email when you join the waitlist (via Resend).
- Calculate referral rankings for the public leaderboard (wallet addresses only — no personal data is displayed publicly).
- Monitor platform health, performance, and abuse detection.
- Comply with legal obligations if required.
3. Data Storage
Waitlist entries (email, wallet, referral code) are stored in Vercel KV (Redis), hosted in Vercel’s infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain waitlist data until 90 days after the presale closes, after which it is deleted.
Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Resend’s privacy policy applies to email delivery. We do not share your email with other parties.

SovereignSwap uses minimal cookies: session state for wallet connections and Vercel’s analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting core swap functionality.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Request deletion of your waitlist entry and associated data.
- Opt out of marketing emails by replying “unsubscribe” to any email we send.
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

7. Children
The Platform is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted at sovereigntokenswap.xyz/updates with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
